Pets and Service Animals

If you have a service animal, your driver is legally obligated to accommodate you and to accept your service animal in their vehicle.

If you have a pet, your driver may choose not to permit pets in their vehicle. You can let your driver know that you have a pet in advance by using the “Requests” button on your ride request screen.
