Tip Correction Inquiries

Tips are deducted from a driver when the payment for the ride had failed on the rider's end or if the ride fare was disputed by the card owner. It will be marked in the driver's earnings as "Tip Correction" and can happen even months after the ride is complete in a case of a dispute.
 
If a driver calls in about this, you can explain that while Juno will cover the ride fare when the payment fails, we do not cover the tip (Tips are directly between riders and drivers, it’s not subject to our 10% commission - they receive 100% of all tips).
