Currently, WAV (Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle) requests cannot be made directly through the Juno app. However, we would be happy to arrange a WAV for your ride through one of our third-party service providers.
Given that coordinating the ride may take some time, requests for a WAV must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
The following information is required in order to request a WAV:
- First & Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Phone Number
- Number and names of additional passengers (if applicable)
- Trip - Pick up location, date & time - drop off location, date & time
Once Juno receives a price quote from one of our service providers, we will get back in touch with you in order to confirm the ride and collect payment details.
