My driver cancelled my ride

If your driver cancels a ride before arriving at your pick-up location, the app will automatically begin searching for another driver to come pick you up.  

Note that the details from your initial ride request will apply to the re-matched ride request, as will the upfront price you were offered for that ride.

Please note that you may be charged a no-show fee if your driver arrives at the pick-up location and cancels the ride after waiting five minutes or more.
