Issue with cancellation fee

How driver cancellations work

Life happens. In some instances, a driver may have to cancel a ride after having accepted it. If a driver cancels your ride before arriving to pick you up, you will automatically be matched with a new driver.

If a driver waits at the pick-up location for over 5 minutes and then cancels the ride, you may be charged a no-show fee. Always be ready to go before ordering your Juno. Your driver will appreciate it.
