Updating my documents

You can take photos of and send us your new documents directly through the ‘Documents’ page in the Juno Driver App. When sending us your new documents, please be sure that the pictures are well-lit and clear, then simply follow these steps:

  1. Tap the document type that you need to change or update, which will open the camera on the back of the Juno device.
  2. Once you've positioned your document clearly, tap the camera icon that is located on the bottom of the screen.
  3. If the photo looks good, tap the ‘checkmark’ to submit. If you want to try again, tap the ‘X’ to return to the camera.
